Refund policy

Orders ship out within 1-3 business days of being placed (this does not include shipping times). 

Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 

Canada Post Shipping Times (Estimate)
Canada: 2 - 10+ Business Days
USA: 2 - 9+ Business Days
International: 2 - 13+ Business Days

SUNFIREXO is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen from delivery addresses.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS 
Requests for cancellations must be submitted by 5pm Mountain Time on the day you submit your order, all requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. Please also note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

I generally do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please e-mail me at donna@sunfirexo.co with any concerns about your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order, and I can discuss with you individually, on a case-by-case basis.
